The grounds are professionally maintained and are equipped with a professional sprinkler system and landscape lighting.

The pool is a comfortable size and warms quickly in the all-day sunlight it receives. It is cleaned and checked for chemicals by the pool service contractor each Saturday at 12:00 noon. The backyard, next to a lagoon, is bright and very open, without the darkness found in heavily wooded sites. There are two vacant lots on either side of the house, offering an even greater degree of privacy than do most homes in the area. Overlooking the 15th green of the Robert Trent Jones course, it is a quiet setting ideal for restoring your senses.
